The Little Vineyard wedding
Kyra and Joey married at The Little Vineyard in Chirnside Park on 2 August 2026. Midwinter in the Yarra Valley, clear skies all day.
The Little Vineyard is in Chirnside Park, on the edge of the Yarra Valley. Vines, a lawn for the ceremony, and festoon lights once it gets dark.

The garage
Joey and his groomsmen got ready in a garage full of Vespas. Green suits, cufflinks, a jacket on a hanger by the door.
Getting ready
Kyra’s bridesmaids came in every colour, rust, teal, cobalt, green. The dress done up at the back, one button at a time.
Under the arbour
White cloth and bright flowers over the arbour. Vows on the lawn, then the walk back up the aisle together.
The low sun
A low sun through the gums, the veil lit from behind. We walked out into the last of it with the kids in tow.
